NIXO Solutions LLC ("NIXO," "we," "our," or "us") is a Wyoming-registered company that provides WooCommerce / WordPress development and maintenance services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit nixosolutionsllc.com (the "Site") or engage our "Continuous Dev Partner" subscription and related services (collectively, the "Services").

- Payment processors – Pay-Pal and/or Stripe receive payment data directly.
- Hosting & infrastructure – AWS, Cloudflare, or similar providers host our Site and encrypted backups.
- Sub-processors – GitHub, Google Workspace, Linear, and similar tools used strictly to deliver the Services.
- Legal & compliance – We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or to enforce our Terms.
We never sell your personal information.
5. International transfers
Our servers and many of our sub-processors are located in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you consent to transferring and processing your information in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

We use first-party cookies and limited third-party analytics (Google Analytics 4) to:
